All our cakes come torted and filled with delicious homemade Buttercream filling. We recommend Buttercream filling for all stacked/tiered/carved cakes and wedding cakes that will be on display for the duration of your reception, especially during the warmer summer months. For this reason we do not offer delicate dairy/custard/egg based fillings, mousses, fresh berries, or fresh whipped cream.
All our cakes are baked fresh with fresh whole eggs, pure butter, quality chocolate and Cocoa powders, Real liqueurs and Madagascar Vanilla. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate any special dietary request such as nut-free, allergies, gluten free items, or food sensitivities.

Our cakes can be covered with either our Special recipe, Pure White Buttercream or Classic Smooth Fondant. Our fondant is flavoured with vanilla and almond flavourings. Pure white or tinted pastel shades to match your events colors, it is superior in flavour to the fondant available years ago. Fondant is highly recommended during the warmer summer months, it seals in the cake's freshness and is stable at room temperature.
Buttercream or Fondant?
Some designs require the specific use of either Buttercream or Fondant. If you've fallen in love with a Fondant design, it may not be possible to duplicate the design in Buttercream but we can adapt your vision to the medium of your choice.
